2. Sweepstakes Period
The 2010 MSG Guitar Gods Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 5:00pm Eastern Time (“ET”) on Monday, January 11, 2010 and ends at 5:00PM ET on Monday, April 19, 2010 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
3. Eligibility:
Sweepstakes is open to legal US residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees and directors of MSG, its parent corporation, affiliates, subsidiaries, sponsors, dealers, advertising and promotion agencies and the immediate family members and persons living in the same households of the above are ineligible. The term "immediate family" shall mean spouses, domestic partners, parents, siblings, children, grandparents and grandchildren.
4. How to Enter:
Go to www.msg.com/guitar to submit your full name, complete mailing address, date of birth, daytime and evening phone numbers and email address. Limit one (1) entry per person. If more than one entry is submitted by any person or email address, only the first entry received will be eligible. Entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized Account Holder" means the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Facsimiles and/or mechanical reproductions of entries are not eligible. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, stolen, illegible, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for typographical or other errors in the printing of this offer, administration of the Sweepstakes or the announcement of prize.
5. Prize/Winner Selection
(a) Only one (1) winner (“Winner”) will be selected to receive the following Grand Prize Package:
• One (1) pair of front row tickets to see the Gipsy Kings at Radio City Music Hall (“Radio City”) in NYC on April 27, 2010 - approximate retail value (“ARV”) - $139;

(b) On or about April 20, 2010, Sponsor will select the Winner in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The Winner will be notified by e-mail and/or telephone on or about April 20, 2010. The Winner may be required to complete and return to Sponsor a notarized Affidavit of Eligibility and Release, which must be returned to Sponsor within three (3) business days following the Winner’s receipt thereof. If the Winner is: (i) unreachable, or (ii) does not make direct contact with Sponsor by the date specified in the prize notification; or (iii) fails to accept the prize; or (iv) fails to return the signed and notarized Affidavit within the specified time period; or (v) is found to be ineligible; or (vi) if the Winner does not comply with these Official Rules, such winner will forfeit the prize in its entirety and an alternate winner will be selected in a random drawing from among the remaining eligible entries, time permitting. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Sponsor’s decisions on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes shall be final and binding.
6. Prize Conditions:
The Winner is solely responsible for any costs and expenses not expressly described as part of the prize. All federal, state and other tax liabilities will be the sole responsibility of the Winner. The Grand Prize (or any portion thereof) may not be transferred, substituted, assigned, or redeemed for cash, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. In the event of unavailability, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, substitute the Grand Prize or any portion thereof for one of equal or greater value. By accepting the prize, the winner consents to being interviewed on camera (live or taped) by Sponsor (the “Interviews”). Except where prohibited by law, the Winner's acceptance of the Grand Prize constitutes agreement for Sponsor to use the Winner's name, photographs, video, likeness, statements (if true), Interviews, biographical information, voice, and city and state of residence for advertising and trade purposes on a worldwide basis (without review by winner) and in all forms of media, including on the MSG Network, without further compensation, remuneration, or authorization.
7. Sweepstakes Conditions
This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. By participating, entrants waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules. By providing your e-mail address you consent to being contacted by e-mail by Sponsor and its affiliated companies. ENTRANTS RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS, MADISON SQUARE GARDEN, L.P. AND ITS RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS AND REPRESENTATIVES FROM AND AGAINST ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES, INJURY OR LOSSES (INCLUDING DEATH) TO ANY PERSON, OR PROPERTY, OF ANY KIND RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, MISUSE OR USE OF ANY PRIZE OR PARTICIPATION IN ANY SWEEPSTAKES RELATED ACTIVITY OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES.
8. Limitations of Liability
Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information, technical malfunctions, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or failures or unavailability of any cable, telephone or computer line or network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof, or for late, lost, garbled, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, undeliverable, destroyed or postage due mail or entries. Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, Sponsor determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or Sponsor’s representatives or employees. If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to by reason of tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion, then Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Sweepstakes and select the winner from among the entries received prior to the action taken.
9. Claims/Choice of Law:
Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred in connection with this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys’ fees. Under no circumstances will an entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrants hereby waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and hereby waives all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York, without regard for conflicts of law doctrine, and all proceedings shall take place in that State. All participants who enter the Sweepstakes agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of New York and agree to waive the right to a jury trial with respect to any claim or dispute with regard to any aspect of the Sweepstakes or Official Rules.
